We are actively seeking joint venture partnerships with contractors and investors across Asia — including India, Malaysia, and Singapore — government framework agreements at central and state/federal level, and supply chain relationships with specialist subcontractors across civil, MEP, and renewables sectors.
What is the minimum project size Blu-3 Asia targets?
Our primary focus is on projects above ₹50 crore (approximately £5M), particularly in data centres, renewable energy infrastructure, industrial logistics parks, and urban development. We do however evaluate strategic smaller projects where they demonstrate pathway opportunities.

Does Blu-3 Asia handle both design and construction?
Blu-3's core strength is in specialist civil engineering, groundworks, and infrastructure delivery. We work alongside architects and design consultants in an integrated team model. For data centre and critical facility projects, we can manage the full civil and structural package including design-and-build delivery under an EPC structure.
